Air Fried Sweet Chili Cauliflower

Want to shake up your vegetable routine? How about some sweet and spicy air fried cauliflower. Perfect appetizer for game night or as an exciting side for a protein driven meal like steak or chicken breast, works well as a “just because” snack as well.

This recipe calls for a Korean chili paste called Gochujang, but if you don’t live by an asian market and are having troubling finding it you can replace it with 1 tablespoon of chili powder.
